Thanks. Just like you, Tom and many here I'm trying to contribute and help to the best of my ability. Make plenty of mistakes. On the accounting policy issues I have more knowledge than most but am no expert. Since leaving Travelers (over 4 yrs ago) much less exposure and my knowledge is only what I research when I have time.

The major companies like Citigroup have a separate accounting policy area which work with FASB and AICPA in issues like this. I was in the tax policy side of AET for a while. The ones still working in these areas are the experts.
