Zeev, I agree that CCMP is not a semi equip maker, and that makes the case even more obvious that any comparison to AMAT is totally irrelevant regardless of what discount you want to apply. CCMP is more comparable to a company that produces wafer, or in the printer sector, a maker of ink cartridge. There's really nothing very high tech in CCMP's slurries which as you know allegedly infringe on Rodel's patents and in direct competition to Rodel. "Consumables" companies are usually value at single digits PE.

Also, CCMP's balance sheet is very weak by all standards.
