Interesting that we find Science and the Hindu , or Science
and the Buddhist adapting very well together.

Who does not see science as creating even more
ways to appreciate with awe and wonder
The God of Nature's creation ?

Most scientist are extremely reverent people
towards life as are musicians , artists , and other
people involved deeply in discovery
and creation , though they may not
use or invoke the same sacred words and prayers
as are familiar to the
" religious " minded.

What I find rather interesting about the revelation in
the history of the religion of the God
of Abraham , is it's inabilty to see the
vast cycles of time sooner , that were percieved
very early on by those sages from the
Indian continent...in what is termed "Hinduism"
going back 5000yrs or more , one river civilization
over to the east of mesopotamia.

To the mystics out of India envisaged very similar view
of evolution of life that was seen ages later in Darwin,
who might even have become a Hindu or Buddhist if
he lived today. Why the prophets of the
Old Testament were for some reason unable
to find revealed in their meditations a
more realistic measure of the Earths true
primordial past in favor of a belief that solidifies
a Diety in a shallow cosmological view , geologically
speaking ....is a matter of one tribe's ethnocentric
preoccupation with itself and it's earthly enemies , rather than the divine truth of the world and realities
of the universe.

But that has been somewhat ammended , though the tribes war on....
in any case we still have to deal with the present day
moral, scientific, religious questions now of how to practically deal with over-population
and man's out-of-control growth and demands
upon the environment, resources and fellow
creatures habitats and survival.

It seems there is a place where the mystical and
science meet , if a man is freed enough
and consults deeply enough the illumined spaces
of his own soul. There is that kind of mystical plane
and process that Einstein employed with his
"mind experiment meditations" that led him
to see "revealed" the theories of general relativity and
equations of matter, energy and the velocity
of light . That were complete
revelations and state
of the art.

So in the same fashion one seeks a superconscious
understanding of the world on a moral
and spiritual plane thru meditation
and prayer...

It is not Religion specific , or Scientific specific
that man experiences further enlightenment, but a combination of the two ...and you might add right beside
those two Art and Philosophy as well.
For they are just as clearly equally powerful branches of man's spiritual expression , too.

But unless one is preoccupied with trying to defend one particular set of dogma's and scriptures or a
religion's prophets, scripture , messiahs , revealed
Truths as being the "Only Truths" & superior to
all others ...

Then I see you are falling
into troubled waters very
inexorably...and creating unavoidable
conflict.

Science destroys and Religion destroys , they also
both provide means of creating ties that
support one another , and "save" much
from extinction into oblivion too,
and reveal much that
inspires divinely.

Knowing the speed of light constant is truely a divine
revelation , and what Einstein accomplished
should be considered one of the crowning contributions
to any religion that truely has wisdom,
enlightenment and salvation
at it's core.

or it's members lack any real imaginations at all....

It is just what one is able to allow into his sphere
to inspire , as we fathom more the
world around us and science is a place
of wondrous revelation and reverance for
life and creation, and is now investigating
the realm of mystical and
religious experience as well...
