[about Dell and Athlon4] Everything you posted made sense, but I think Dell would be losing money if it had to compete without the subsidized prices and extra engineering support given to it by Intel - and Dell knows it. Dell can sit by quietly while everyone squawks about what a big deal it would be if Dell started using any AMD parts, and hope for its present sweet deal to become even sweeter. But I continue to expect that there will not be an Athlon notebook from Dell this year. I'd love to be wrong, but I think I'll stand by my "when pigs fly" post. :-) Regards, Dan
