Well, ultimately it is an energy problem if suppliers are, for whatever reason, reticent to provide the desired amount of energy. There is some reason why this is the case, and I have seen nothing yet to substantiate that the reason is due to pure collusion between energy providers. I have seen ample evidence to suggest the problem has been created artificially-- a matter of unreasonable enviro-regulations and taxation.
