Veiko - In addition to the $1 per year, Scott got options on, I believe, 250,000 shares at 75 cents - that should have provided incentive.

I don't have high expectations from the perspective of the current shareholders. Unfortunately, once he laid out an MBO as an option, the interests of management and current shareholders are no longer aligned.
