I don't really follow CNXT closely these days, so I do not understand the Mindspeed reference.

There is one thing that I do know though. Never buy a company that makes a $759 Million loss on $1.753 Billion in revenues.

CNXT is most likely toast but see first comment above. They will probably end up being acquired, if they don't go Chapter 11 first. The management is locked inside a soggy paper bag and is having severe trouble fighting it's way out.

Save your precious $$$.
