So I take it that the object here is to be the one who profits from the FRAUD rather than the one who is defrauded and/or complains of it? Or perhaps its more a matter of "It's not FRAUD if you don't believe it?
...Or is it just another case of the TOU's failure to specify a "policy" against profiting from FRAUD? <Ha Hoo 8->
