The difficulty lies in extremes. I lay this problem on the state they did not address it they hoped it would go away due to environmental difficulties. You are so right about future the problems is we have activists all over the place but little activation and lots of frustration as to how to work around instead of work towards getting the darn thing done. California fueled growth on a vast bubble principle. So i am not a happy camper as it has not yet popped in total.
