Wouldn't that be pollution then? ... it would seem logical to make mandatory to the industrial planters the placing of little plastic bags over all male flowers ... same bill could cover Reagan's pine trees ... any damage caused by slipshod enforcement could be alleviated by Superfund flying in some bales of hi-test from a more enlightened area.

These 'Rights' here, the first two would seem to cover suicide, including the consensual assisted form, and the second two the smokin' of dope by them whose crank it turns -
