Red, No argument there. Hindsight is perfect and I wish I had been smart enough to sell my SDLI near its peak. Had a nice 4 bagger in a years time-I fell in love with the stock-Hopefully I have learned from my mistakes-I am going to hold all my JDSU for now, as it still appears to me their is untold upside in this area. I am hoping they let Scifries have a prominent role in managing the new company. Trip
