The White House, just recently re-evaluated Canadas assets with your "National Energy Program." The Canadian dollar as been showing strength and will continue to do so, since our economy is based on natural resources. The people that call Greenspan, a pump, or a pimp are taking an overly simplistic (myopic?) view of what is really going on. Water is gold? That's what it's really is about.
