hello all!- the company report that came with the proxy made it seem like they're worried about getting delisted. A 1 for 10 reverse split sounds like a desperate measure to me.they're also on their 3rd auditor this year.why would a company keep changing auditors?-Country music is in a slump right now,so maybe that's adding fuel to fire.one thing for sure. these guys build restaurants in hi-visibility areas! that's a good thing,but now they have to pay the rent.I just hope Rubin(25 yrs. old) can make this puppy fly.We'll see-jh ps.-I did'nt know there was a thread for this stock-very cool!
