I agree Art. Samuels has made himself and a few of his employees wealthy while creating absolutely no shareholder value. That, in my opinion, is why the stock sits at these low levels. Why would anyone invest in a company that has killed the shareholder the way ACTV has for nearly a decade? Maybe five years from now things will be different but the short term continues to look very bleak. It sure is strange that they delayed the shareholder meeting and the release of the annual report. That sure doesn't boost my confidence. Are you planning to attend the meeting this year?
