"I don't agree it would be dilutive"

Jubimer, if you have the time some time, would you please educate me a little more on your point of view here? Of what independent value would a chunk of iNEXTV be to a prospective investor, unless an eventual IPO were planned?

Dream 3 year scenario for me ...they get the money they need....eventually sell ads for 45 mil +...royalties pick up through new transfusions...iNEXTV grows briskly and nears profitability....streaming returns to vogue and the market eyeballs the survivors with more than a little hunger.... So at that point ITG and the Royalty division and iNEXTV are all pretty much standing on their own. And at that dreamscape point we are past the five year IRS rule for spinoffs to shareholders. Then iNEXTV gets spun, with present AXC shareholders as well as stakeholders getting a portion of the play.I If the IPO were successful enough iNEXTV could buy out ampex..lol. MyMyMy...AXC dreams don't go gentle into the night.
