I was told that the plan had figured enough power until 2005. That is why the building of new generators was started last year and not expedited until recently. We have 4 to 6 peaker plants going online here this summer. I hope you're upset with your planners.LOL Fours years off and ignoring warnings....... they are obviously clueless. There will be enough power if Davis makes some of these generators whole again (pay them) and they "choose" to generate in a "real" market. If we are getting gouged it is by an inept government. We'll see if your 1 year conspiracy of the power generators and assorted suppliers holds more water than my Gov. Moonbeam/government subsidy/alternate power QF's "long journey into night".
