The dilution was about what we expected -- the notes are now convertible at $1.75.

I believe the stock is about to embark on another big upleg, thanks to a drilling update that is about to come out. The stock is a better buy now than it has ever been since the beginning of the year, IMO. The upside is not so large as when it was at $.63, but the visibility to doubling your money is very clear and the downside risk is minimal now that we got these new wells going.
