Couldn't get this onto the RB boards..oh, well...
Bella,
Nice link to the OTC:BB box. I assume it’s refreshed throughout the day, but do you know if its in RT or 20 minute delay?
IMO, they slide the price a little higher, maybe $0.22 - .25. I feel there’ll be a decent pullback to the .13-.14 range (which I had thought would be resistance) before the SEC issues its decision. I was floored that they let the price move so easily, quickly and on so little volume, to say nothing of letting a few go at $0.20, above the .19 cap set in January. I was counting on seeing 500K in a day before any kind of price appreciation like this. While I’m still looking for some better volume, the price move tells me that whoever’s behind it has either …
a) filled their pockets sufficiently at a dime and will carry the price, on rumor and hope, to a point where they see some resistance from disgruntled higher priced long shares happy to recoup some losses. b) someone knows the filing is good to go this time. Not that far fetched. I was able to track down the SEC’s reviewer for the SFST S4’s back in January, the last time they were rejected. He would’nt disclose anything worthwhile about the level of scrutiny and delays for such a picayune merger. He made no apologies, placing most of the blame on a lapsed license for the accountant and problems w/SFST mgmt, not Kahn. I managed to give him a small ration of s—t anyway, citing the significantly shorter approval times for numerous weightier actions, such as AOL-TW. I gotta dig up his number. Maybe I’ll give him a jingle and see if he can pull the sticks out of his arse in time to give Kahn the thumbs up this time.
FWIW, I started getting back in in January. Burned on the pop, w/no approval, I continued to watch the last few months, accumulating as the TA (yeah, go ahead, laugh) improved. Sign me up for the century club on this dog. I’m averaged in at just over a dime and ready to nail some good gains. |
