Justa-- part of the reason AG is pushing rates down so fast is SEA. Japan is in the sewer and will stay there as there has been a lack of strong policy. The rest are dependent on the US and few others at this time. T is esp vulnerable as they make many of the tech components that go into products not being purchased. They export little for the energy, and 'old' economy issues. Tech is not buying much so T is selling very little. AG knows the region needs T and the others as Japan is out STILL and our economy needs SEA to grow/recover. China would love to see T and other flounder now as theirs is the only economy growing real well now...
