You are missing the point. Our professional programmers with degree in Computers and 10+ years of experience are not being employed any more. It is waste of talent and all these companies are hiring H1's only. I know of many talented software professional who cannot find anything and remember they know latest software & packages & will work for any money. This is a sorry state of affairs. If you have 10+ experience and US citizen nobody needs you in the private sector. IMHO.
