OOOh, I don't know that my ethics provisions will allow me to post here any more. A thread leader who is a CRIMINAL. I'll need to check with the bar association to see whether it's ethical to keep in contact with you. Unless, of course, you chose to retain me to defend you against the police. Who I'm sure came out without a warrant or probable cause, and violated your free speech rights. Naturally I can talk to clients even when they've been cited, because if they're my clients, of course they're innocent! Actually, we've turned in a certain resort across the bay from us to the cops when their parties get too loud. But I don't know that the've ever been formally cited, just warned.
