My last invitation from City got approved, but they sent me a letter that my credit line was going to be $500. They asked to confirm if I still wanted it. Since I currently have many large credit lines drawn I think it was a way to refuse "perapproved" offer.
Today tried C2IT. Made $20. Going to pay all my coming minimum payments for the next three months. Actually I like C2IT. It may really catch up.
