If P4 has this and it does the same thing, it's a good thing. If a P4 clocks back while under heavy CPU usage as in gaming, this wouldn't be so good... It would be a fraud.


It would be fraud if Intel advertised a 1.7GHz system without a clear disclaimer explaining (to the layman) under what conditions the system may not run at 1.7GHz. At this point in time, I see no such disclaimer. Wonder why???
