TV, considering the only 'story' we have is of an overheard conversation about some 1.33 (and 1.2) parts requiring a .05v voltage increase, I'm not sure there's much to 'cover up'.

If you even buy the claim.

Where are the outraged consumers reporting their crashes on various boards?

Why are various sites talking about the incredible overclockability of AXIA/AVIA parts at stock voltage?

As I said before, it is *possible* that this is true, and that some earlier stepping requires more voltage, but we don't even know if the purported systems had adequate power supplies.
