Bill, Elmer and I seem to have reached a consensus on part of the thermal issue: Ignore, if you will, for a moment, the issue of whether the TCC activates with a great thermal solution. Most of that section of the PDF amounts to a suggestion that OEMs can use cheap solutions while still passing the system off as X Ghz, thanks to the TCC. Intel is actually suggesting they do this. That's bad enough. Doug
