Question to the thread: Does anyone know the current rental rates for deep water oil drilling rigs and whether the rates are anywhere near the highs of the last boom in the sector? I am trying to figure out how much more this group has to run. The group did not get much of a boost from Bush energy plan announcement. Any speculations why not? TIA
