No harm done. What I was trying to do -perhaps unsuccessfully- was to compare both European national champions Siemens and ALA.

Siemens stuck to their conglomerate.
ALA decide to be a telecoms company getting rid of the other engineering parts.

Then I compare the prospects of both companies in a the next couple of years.

1) ALA has gone way into being a top notch telecom company and has to keep on pursuing that what Tchuruk start a few years back. Having one so far in that road there is no option; It must get bigger and stronger where it decides to focus. Hence I concluded that's why ALA need LU.
