If you dont already have a 'VP metrics', I would like to take on the position. Here are some metrics I have in mind for JXM. 1. Response time for service 5 minutes or less from the time a service request (desire) 2. Service call should last no less than 20 minutes. 3. All service men/women should be able to handle at least three calls a day... If I get the job, I will work on other metrics....
