Good points. I'm glad you recognize that all this analysis we are doing is mere speculation in the end due to the risks involved. I too share your thoughts that the next 5 years have a good chance to return investors well and beyond that things get dicey. But that's ok. 5 years horizon is long enough for me for now. :)
