Yeah, that 50%+ ownership thingy is a great way to trap value. Still, you gotta hand it to the guy--giving away the land to build the university was a great way to drive up the surrounding land value. I heard the school's nickname is "Mildew U". Now that techs have been routed, the value players in Barron's are sure getting some pop on their calls. Heck, look at Playboy, up way big today after a plug by Mark Boyar.
