EBXX to me, the only way it can survive is to be bought out by others, since it's holding a distance second to Napster. Music Companies are going to make their own software or buy the current leaders. Changing to subscription method can't beat the big companies with big advertising budget. Again, EBXX doesn't use a central server technology, the whole searching process is too slow, continue to share files will force the ISP to shutdown the users' accounts under the pressure of big companies. After mp3.com and Napster, EBXX becomes the current private leader of the field... but as I said it is a distance second to Napster... and the technology is too slow, it has 50% chance to be bought out...I live and breath with technologies everyday...
