PRSF's high receivables Agreed - the high DSO (152 days) is an issue. departure of CFO This is not an issue - the guy is retiring and this fact has been known for a long time. high market cap Everything is relative. These guys have the premier software package for telecom billing. Anyone who has been involved with telecom billing knows it is a bitch, and these guys make it easier and more flexible. They are a play on subscriber growth and will grow exponentially if things turn around. If the industry stays in the dumps, they will too.
