Ok, buddy....first you need a few rules that you should have received in orientation....

All manhandling is done first by Mrs. Peel as the Director of HR.

As VP of HR, I provide a similar training program to ensure that all female employees get with the program.

Gloop's job is to make the rest of us appear moderate and well-behaved by comparison, so if the EEOC ever comes calling they'll turn him into bacon slices and not all of us.

Rich1's job is to keep HG happy. HG's job is to keep Rich1 happy.

And your job is to ensure that the employees that JXM and I have hired keep to the proper metric system. We believe it is the most innovative metric system ever devised, in that it measures everything in inches.
