Great idea. I am not about to invest in any but it is a good way to learn. One block trade I found interesting was ADK.V. This stock has been on a steady downward trend from 4 months with little volume. (very, very ugly). Than a cross of 500,000 at .20 a couple of days ago. The stock has since dropped to .17 with a low of .15 today. There were no PP announced or upcoming PP to my knowledge. My question - what the cross was for????.

1. May have been someone covering shorts - but the short report shows few shorts on the stock (3000) although there may be hidden shorts.

2. Cross to promotor. As far as I can tell this stock is dead or dying. However there are trenching results coming that have been delayed for some time and they do have around 1,000,000 in the bank. They may be letting the stock price fall on purpose and than WHAM

3. Cross from insiders to houses - for what reason I do not know

I don't recommend anyone buy this stock. I don't own any and never have. For all I know it will drop to .10 and below before it every goes up. However I think by watching this one evolve we all may learn something.

Question to all: I can't find any info on buying and selling warrent that are trading on the exchanges. When you buy warrents how can you find out

1. What price the warrents are priced at
2. When the expire

So far I am tracing the price back to prior news releases.

Also, I am assuming that the day they expire out of the money you are out of luck. With many warrent expire dates getting extended to next year, along with low prices, the warrents look attractive. Anyone who can comment on the positive and negative aspects of warrent buying please do so

P.S Essam, I am also trying to fill the gaps in my knowledge

BEST REGARDS
Keith
