I've addressed all your questions already, unless you've opted not to read them - which wouldn't be a first.

Message 15799944

If the above message didn't straighten you out, well, what can I say?

You're as wrong as you've ever been. Reread:

Message 15804596

W/regard to the brokerage firm in question, you used the word "l[ie];" not me. I don't think anyone "l[ied]," nor did I say that.

Your suggestion as to what Arthur Levitt meant by "the Commission" was characteristically ridiculous - and shown to be so by the link I posted, in the above post pertaining to such.

And, only you would argue that it makes far more sense that the daytrading issue would be treated differently - with direct SEC intervention and an indiscriminate blanket labeling of accounts than any other regulatory issues of the past have been treated.

Now, reread those messages. Often, and slowly.

Your raison d'etre, it would strongly seem - here and elsewhere - is to create a disturbance and be an annoyance, as a quick look at your posting history - even shortly after you left this thread 5 days ago, only to resurface yesterday - shows.

By all means - begone.
