Your veiled implication that this woman is unloading stock for the financial gain of JPC and herself is interesting, though stupid. As a holder of restricted stock, there is no filing that she sold anything. Read the agreements between JPC and the company, and explain why in the world he would want a depressed stock price. I found your game amusing at first, but, without any substance, your innuendos are just the workings of a child. Everything now rests with their ability to develop the MTL. Either sit and wait or sell and be gone. All other comments are inconsequential.
