All: This carefully crafted bit of information may indeed be correct. It refers only to him as Chairman, and the officers and employees of his firm. It avoids identifying him as an individual. It says nothing about the conviction of Manuel P. Asensio, Senior V.P. of Steinberg & Lymas, in 1989! Guilty of FRAUD and DECEIT! He can't fool us as easily as the NASD or SEC!!! Moreover, why would we believe his firm is not being investigated? They never disclose ongoing investigations! I have the 9 page Findings of Fact from the case in which Manuel P. Asensio was convicted of FRAUD and DECEIT. Many of us do. We have NO DOUBT. Thanks Barb. I can't help wonder why you became so angry over my initial Asensio post if you didn't know him, and I wonder why you're going to so much trouble to defend him. You remind me alot of Paul Richards! He reminded me alot of Asensio! See you at $20! Dave
