The only way we make our 23rd turn date as a high is if the market gets this 4 over with quickly and turns back up to finish this leg -- the 5. Which should be the first clue that something is out of whack. The four is usually corrective and thus not likely to be completed in time to also complete the 5 by the 23rd. If the 23rd turns out to be a turn date...it is likely to be up...or signifying only the turn of three wave...which would make it one long three wave.
