Thanks so much for your discussion on the necessity of a living will. Having been in a situation that was made so much more directed and settled by the existence of that document, I can tell you that absolutely NO ONE should be without it. We were extremely fortunate to have had an attorney that made us aware of it's importance and took the necessary steps to provide for our family the protection the living will gives.
