Try not to overlook the fact that before Davis we had 12 years of Republican governors who did nothing to secure the future power supplies. Davis began approving the construction of new facilities only a few months after being elected. So for you to count as a new power plant ONLY those finished and producing is a little disingenuous. There will be lots and soon.
