I remember the ones I used to go some 30 years ago... They were pretty mcuh similar to any other donut shop. But I was pretty amazed by the new stores they opened up here in California. From doughs to glazed donut, it is all automated. All vistors can see how the donuts are made, right through the window. You MUST see the operation. My kids love to watch how the donuts are made. ps. I see a lots of red letters, i'm getting tired...
