Anthony-a lawsuit has been filed against your alias(and a number of other people) in the United States District Court-District of Nevada Case No. CV-N-00-0163-ECR-VPC (April 21, 2001) for publishing false and defamatory information against Medinah Mining(now Medinah Minerals MDMN)on the internet. I checked SI and found some remarks that you make against that company starting here: Message 9825094 Do you have any comments? These were comments you made back in May and June of 1999. I have a copy of the lawsuit that I could email to you if you haven't seen it yet. I suppose you must get these things all the time. FYI-I am a shareholder in that company. Cheers....
