Looks like the semi-upgrades were well timed. It also looks like F Hickey may have missed the grade on this rally as it has legs. I guess the reflation of the economy by Alan is possible after all. Given that, Are you turning bullish on the tech sector yet ? If not, why not ?

It appears that US consumers havent scaled back based on latest trade deficit numbers. It also appears obvious that the worlds central banks know that they must support the US $$ or they are screwed......How else can you get a strong dollar with such massive trade deficits ??

Any thoughts out there.....I am sitting on mostly cash and wondering if that is such a good idea at this point....
