Who does he think is paying the charges from roaming use at over $1.50 per minute or more all over GSM land. It is the business users. No-one in Europe who pays his own phone bill is using raoming to any material extent and roaming is where GSM land is making its profit. 2. I wonder if there are more buiness people in Europe or in the US? The write of the article just hasn't focused on the mani issue being handests ( phones) are not where the growth in cdma2000 is going ot come from. It is noteboook and PDA and automible modems.
