(PR NEWSWIRE)Interspace Enterprises, Inc. Joins Forces With Make-A-Wish Foundation(R) International

LA JOLLA, Calif., May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Interspace Enterprises, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: ITET) today announced a year-long partnership with Make-
A-Wish Foundation(R) International to help make wishes come true for those
children around the world suffering from life-threatening illnesses.
Interspace Enterprises, the parent company of PlanetLotto, has pledged 2%
of all ticket revenue from their weekly Internet lottery that is scheduled to
commence in the fall of 2001.
"Operating within the framework of Make-A-Wish Foundation International is
a highly effective means of reaching out to children who desperately need our
help," said Daniel P. Murphy, CEO of Interspace Enterprises. "PlanetLotto's
goal is to provide grants to those living under the umbrella of inadequate
health care, limited educational opportunities and unsanitary shelter. In
addition, we hope to provide benefits that help the local organizations and
volunteers become more effective in raising the long-term quality of life for
disadvantaged families struggling with poverty as well as orphaned children on
every continent."
Nancy Leahy, Executive Director for Make-A-Wish Foundation International
states that, "The generous benefits provided by PlanetLotto will help us grow
in helping children around the world experience the joy of a wish. The
affiliate countries have different cultures, economics and languages but all
countries have children who are dealing with tragic illnesses. We are very
appreciative to have support from PlanetLotto."

Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening
illnesses to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. It is
the largest wish-granting charity in the world, with 80 chapters in the United
States and its territories and 22 international affiliates spanning five
continents. This year marks 20 years of granting wishes to more than
80,000 children around the world. For more information about Make-A-Wish
Foundation International, please call (602) 279-9474, or visit the

a lottery ticket, people from around the globe have the opportunity to
participate in a worldwide Internet lottery with the chance to win millions of
