Left at the helm..........
Subj: TSIG update Date: 5/21/01 5:08:09 PM !!!First Boot!!! From: Phenry@tsig.com (PAUL HENRY) To: xxxxxxx@aol.com ('xxxxxxx@aol.com') Dear shareholder
TSIG's music site has been down since late last year, because the business was never profitable (and had no near-term prospect of becoming profitable) and both My MusicCard Company and its parent, TSIG, ran out of money. TSIG's only significant operating business was conducted through our Affinity subsidiary; and as you probably know, the principals of Affinity quit in early February, effectively forcing us to negotiate the rescission of their deal with TSIG, which was completed in late February and announced on Form 8-K in early March. As announced by news release in mid-April, we seek new financing and are looking to restructure the company. There are no officers left except me, and only one other employee, the controller. As significant developments occur, we will report them.
  Regards,
  Paul Henry

I think the officers of TIGI owe the shareholders an explanation as to why when accessing the My Music Card site we are redirected to a porn site. Please do not delay on this matter,we have been through enough.
