Hi Barb,

I received the same promotion from Fusion Visa; 0% on purchases until July '02. I am absolutely dumbfounded these companies will loan money for over a year without collecting interest.

While the credit card offers continue to improve with the declining Fed rate, I'm wondering if they are becoming wise to customers who seem to churn after the introductory offer expires. Your experience with Fleet seems to indicate a reluctancy on their part to open their arms and welcome you as a valued customer with a large credit line to someone who I'm sure has an excellent credit history.

With your limited Fusion Visa credit line relative to your Fleet Visa, seems to me they're selectively limiting credit lines to those who churn frequently, making me think twice about applying for this card without a real need for cash.

How many free lunches can one expect?

BTW, where the heck is Antman?

Regards,

Ron
