On the FIBR chart:

It just crossed the 50 day EMA today so it should start showing up on scans, but OBV is really weak and not indicating great support for the move.

Earnings are tomorrow I believe. Part of this run up is for earnings. On the fundamental side, the street no longer trusts management. They have a history of promising, but not delivering. On the plus side, they sell into the metro optical market which has been strong as demonstrated by CIEN, ONIS and RSTN. I personally find this a risky stock, no predictability due to management.
