SARASOTA, Fla., May 22, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- AeroGroup, Inc., a Nevada
corporation that is under a Letter of Intent to be acquired by American
Communications Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB:ACEN), announced today that recently
retired Brigadier General Steve Richie has joined AeroGroup, Inc. as its
President effective as of May 21, 2001.

Brigadier General Richie, the US Air Force's only Vietnam Fighter Ace, is the
only US Air Force pilot in American history to have downed five (5) MIG-21's.
Brigadier General Richie flew more than 800 combat hours during 339 missions in
the skies over Southeast Asia in the F-4 Phantom. His decorations include the
Air Force Cross (the nation's second highest award), four (4) Silver Stars, ten
(10) Distinguished Flying Crosses, and twenty-five (25) Air Medals.

Brigadier General Richie is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy
where he also was the starting running back on the Falcon football team. He
played his final game for the Falcons in the 1963 Gator Bowl. Brigadier General
Richie was also named to the "Outstanding Young Men of America" in 1973, and was
inducted into the Colorado Aviation Hall of Fame in 1997.
