Dave, I'm pretty much in the same situation as you. CATS accounted for most of my tax-loss selling last year, but I still hold on to a few shares that I bought around 4. I've been giving serious thought to buying down big-time, but I really can't find a good excuse to do so. My gut says this stock has bottomed out and any good news will spike it upward, but my brain says stay away.
